Dr. Trevis Crane established the Sojokan Dojo in March of 2009 as an officially licensed branch dojo of the International Shinkendo Federation. The ISF was founded by Toshishiro Obata Kaiso in 1994 and is dedicated to teaching authentic Japanese swordsmanship. Instruction includes Toyama Ryu and bojutsu.
